Return Policy

At Redline Diecast Toy Cars, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return or exchange an item, please carefully review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All returns or exchanges must be reported within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us immediately upon receipt so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. If we are not notified right away, we will not be able to accept the item for a return or exchange.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original factory condition, in the original box, and packaged exactly as the manufacturer packed it.

Important Notes on Returns

  • Do not attempt to fix or glue any broken parts without our authorization. Items that have been glued or tampered with will not be accepted for return.
  • Items without their original packaging or that show signs of alteration will not be eligible for a return.
  • If you are using a third-party shipping carrier to forward your package outside the USA, we are not responsible for any damage incurred during transit.

Shipping & Handling Fees

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless Redline Diecast Toy Cars has made an error by shipping an incorrect item.
  • If we shipped an incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return label or merchandise pickup. Once we receive the incorrect item at our warehouse, we will either ship the correct item or issue a full refund if the correct item is unavailable.

Unclaimed, Undeliverable, and Refused Deliveries

  • Orders that are unclaimed, undeliverable, or refused will be canceled and refunded, minus the original shipping cost.

How to Start a Return

  • Prior to any return, you must notify us immediately upon receipt at redlinediecasttoysstore@gmail.com with the reason for the return.
