📦 Shipping & Delivery
1. Do you ship internationally, to PO Boxes, or to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, FPO, or APO addresses?
At this time, we do not ship internationally, to PO Boxes, or to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, FPO, or APO addresses. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
2. How fast do you ship orders?
Most orders ship out the next business day after they are placed.
3. How long does it take to process and ship orders?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Some orders may be shipped the same business day.
4. What is the delivery time for orders?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method used. On average, orders arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on the destination address.
5. What shipping method do you use for free shipping?
For free shipping orders, our system automatically selects the fastest available carrier, typically USPS Priority or FedEx.
6. How are expedited orders shipped?
If you select 2-day expedited service at checkout, shipping carriers do not count the pickup day as a business day. Delivery will occur:
- On the 3rd business day for 2-day shipping
- On the 4th business day for 3-day shipping
🚫 Saturday delivery is not included in expedited shipping services.
7. Do you require a signature for UPS expedited shipping?
Yes, if you choose UPS expedited shipping, a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
8. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the 48 continental U.S. states. Sorry, we do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

9. What is die-cast?
Die-cast refers to model cars made with a metal body, typically using zinc alloy. Some diecast models may also include plastic parts for details, but the core structure is high-quality metal.
10. What scale sizes do you offer?
We carry various diecast model scales, including:
- 1/12 Scale – About 13"–15" inches long
- 1/18 Scale – About 10"–12" inches long
- 1/24 Scale – About 7"–8" inches long
- 1/32 Scale – About 4"–5" inches long
- 1/64 Scale – About 3" inches long

11. Do all products come in the manufacturer’s packaging?
Yes, all items are brand new and come in their original manufacturer packaging. However, manufacturers may change the design of the packaging over time, but the models remain the same.

12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay for a secure and convenient checkout experience.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
15. What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in brand-new condition, in their original box, and packaged exactly as received. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
16. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately upon receipt so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. We cannot accept damage claims if we are not notified right away.
17. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in factory condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped the wrong item.
